내 데이터 삭제
앱에서 삭제하기
- Forkprint를 열고 아래의 프로필 탭을 누릅니다.
- "내 데이터" 아래의 내 데이터 삭제를 누릅니다.
- 삭제되는 방문과 사진의 수를 확인하고, "내 기록을 복구할 수 없다는 것을 이해했어요"에 체크한 뒤 전부 삭제를 누릅니다.
삭제에는 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 삭제가 끝나면 앱은 새 익명 계정으로 다시 시작합니다. 내려받은 도시 카탈로그는 개인정보가 아니므로 휴대폰에 남습니다.
삭제 전에 사본이 필요하면 같은 화면의 내 데이터 내보내기로 기록과 사진을 ZIP 파일로 저장할 수 있습니다.
무엇이 삭제되나요
- 서버의 익명 계정과 그 아래의 모든 것: 기록한 장소와 평가, 방문과 메모, 사진, 북마크, 퀴즈 답변, 설정, 약관 동의 기록.
- 휴대폰에 있는 기록의 사본과 퀴즈 답변.
- 삭제는 즉시 이루어지며 복구할 수 없습니다. Google 클라우드의 백업본은 최대 180일 안에 사라집니다.
- 삭제된 계정의 식별자는 추천 모델이 다시 학습하지 않도록 삭제 목록에 남습니다. 이 식별자는 삭제 후 어떤 정보와도 연결되지 않습니다.
기록 하나만 지우기
방문은 사진과 함께 하나씩 지울 수 있습니다. 기록에서 방문을 열고 삭제를 누르세요. 지운 방문의 메모와 사진은 다음 동기화 때 서버에서도 지워집니다.
앱을 이미 지웠다면
계정은 익명이며 휴대폰에 묶여 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 휴대폰을 바꾸면 그 계정에 다시 접근할 수 없고, 회사도 어느 계정이 여러분의 것인지 확인할 방법이 없어 원격으로 삭제해 드릴 수 없습니다. 데이터는 계정에 묶인 채로 남지만 이름이나 이메일과 연결되어 있지 않습니다. 이 점이 걱정된다면 앱을 지우기 전에 위의 절차로 먼저 삭제해 주세요.

Delete your data
In the app
- Open Forkprint and tap the Profile tab at the bottom.
- Under "Your data", tap Delete my data.
- Check the number of visits and photos that will go, tick "I understand my journal cannot be recovered", then tap Delete everything.
Deletion needs an internet connection. Afterwards the app starts over with a fresh anonymous account. Downloaded city catalogs stay on the phone; they are not personal data.

What is deleted
- The anonymous account on our servers and everything under it: logged places and verdicts, visits and notes, photos, bookmarks, quiz answers, settings, and the record of your acceptance of the terms.
- The copy of the journal and the quiz answers on your phone.
- Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Backups in Google's cloud clear within 180 days.
- The identifier of the deleted account stays on a deletion list so the recommendation model never relearns from it. After deletion it links to nothing.
Deleting one item
A visit can be deleted on its own, with its photos: open it in your journal and tap delete. Its note and photos are removed from our servers at the next sync.
If you already uninstalled the app
Accounts are anonymous and tied to the phone they were created on. After an uninstall or a change of phone the account cannot be reached again, and we have no way to tell which account was yours, so we cannot delete it for you remotely. The data stays under that account, linked to no name or e-mail address. If this matters to you, delete your data with the steps above before uninstalling.

データの削除
アプリから削除する
- Forkprintを開き、下のプロフィール（Profile）タブをタップします。
- 「あなたのデータ（Your data）」の下のデータを削除（Delete my data）をタップします。
- 削除される訪問と写真の数を確認し、「記録を復元できないことを理解しました（I understand my journal cannot be recovered）」にチェックを入れて、すべて削除（Delete everything）をタップします。
削除にはインターネット接続が必要です。削除後、アプリは新しい匿名アカウントでやり直します。ダウンロード済みの都市カタログは個人情報ではないため端末に残ります。
事前にコピーが必要な場合は、同じ画面のデータをエクスポート（Export my data）で記録と写真をZIPファイルとして保存できます。
削除されるもの
- サーバー上の匿名アカウントとその下のすべて: 記録した店と評価、訪問とメモ、写真、ブックマーク、クイズの回答、設定、規約への同意記録。
- 端末上の記録のコピーとクイズの回答。
- 削除は即時で、元に戻せません。Googleのクラウドのバックアップは最長180日以内に消去されます。
- 削除したアカウントの識別子は、おすすめモデルが再学習しないように削除リストに残ります。削除後、この識別子はどの情報とも結び付きません。
1件だけ削除する
訪問は写真ごと1件ずつ削除できます。ジャーナル（Journal）タブで訪問を開き、「Delete visit」をタップしてください。削除した訪問のメモと写真は、次回の同期時にサーバーからも消去されます。
アプリをすでにアンインストールした場合
アカウントは匿名で、作成した端末に結び付いています。アンインストールや機種変更の後はそのアカウントに再びアクセスできず、当社もどのアカウントがあなたのものか判別できないため、遠隔で削除することはできません。データはそのアカウントの下に残りますが、氏名やメールアドレスとは結び付いていません。気になる場合は、アンインストールの前に上の手順で削除してください。
