신고 방법
Forkprint 앱, 이 웹사이트, 또는 서비스의 서버에서 보안 취약점을 발견하면 jason@kangsium.com으로 알려 주세요(제목에 "Forkprint security"를 넣어 주세요). 한국어 또는 영어로 보내 주시면 됩니다. 재현 방법, 영향, 가능하면 영향을 받는 앱 버전을 적어 주세요.
회사가 하는 일
- 3영업일 안에 접수를 확인하고, 담당자가 직접 답합니다.
- 심각도에 따라 수정 일정을 알려 드리고, 수정이 배포되면 알립니다. 심각한 취약점은 가능한 한 빨리, 그 밖의 취약점은 다음 정기 업데이트에 수정합니다.
- 원하시면 수정 내용에 신고자의 이름을 함께 적습니다. 포상금 제도는 운영하지 않습니다.
신고자에 대한 약속
다음을 지키며 선의로 조사하신 경우 회사는 법적 조치를 취하지 않습니다: 다른 이용자의 데이터에 접근하거나 변경하지 않을 것(본인의 테스트 계정만 사용), 서비스의 가용성을 해치지 않을 것(대량 요청 금지), 발견한 내용을 수정 전에 공개하지 않을 것, 개인정보를 발견하면 즉시 알리고 삭제할 것.
범위
범위에 포함: Android 앱 com.jasonkang.forkprint, forkprint-app.web.app, 앱이 호출하는 서버 기능. 범위 밖: Google 등 제3자 서비스 자체의 취약점(해당 업체에 신고해 주세요), 사회공학, 물리적 공격, 지원이 끝난 Android 버전에서만 재현되는 문제.
지원 기간과 업데이트
회사는 앱의 보안 업데이트를 최소 2028년 12월 31일까지 제공하며, 최신 버전은 Google Play로 배포됩니다. 유럽연합의 사이버복원력법(CRA)에 따른 취약점·사고 보고 의무가 적용되는 경우 회사는 정해진 기한 안에 관할 기관에 보고합니다.
Report a vulnerability
How to report
If you find a security vulnerability in the Forkprint app, this website or the service's servers, e-mail jason@kangsium.com with "Forkprint security" in the subject, in English or Korean. Please include steps to reproduce, the impact, and if possible the app version affected.
What we do
- We acknowledge your report within 3 business days; a person answers, not a form.
- We tell you the planned fix date according to severity and let you know when the fix ships. Critical issues are fixed as fast as we can; others go into the next regular update.
- We credit you in the release notes if you wish. We do not run a bounty programme.
Our promise to researchers
We will not take legal action against research done in good faith that follows these rules: do not access or modify other users' data (use your own test account), do not degrade the service (no flooding), do not disclose the issue before a fix is available, and if you come across personal data, tell us at once and delete it.
Scope
In scope: the Android app com.jasonkang.forkprint, forkprint-app.web.app, and the server functions the app calls. Out of scope: vulnerabilities in third-party services themselves (report those to Google and the like), social engineering, physical attacks, and issues that reproduce only on Android versions no longer supported.
Support period and updates
We provide security updates for the app until at least 31 December 2028; the current version is distributed through Google Play. Where the EU Cyber Resilience Act's reporting duties apply to us, we report vulnerabilities and incidents to the competent authorities within its deadlines.

当社の対応
- 3営業日以内に受領をお知らせします。フォームではなく担当者が返信します。
- 深刻度に応じて修正予定をお伝えし、修正の配信時にお知らせします。重大な問題はできる限り早く、その他は次の定期更新で修正します。
- ご希望があればリリースノートにお名前を記載します。報奨金制度はありません。
報告者への約束
次のルールを守った善意の調査に対して、当社は法的措置を取りません。他の利用者のデータにアクセス・変更しないこと（ご自身のテストアカウントのみ使用）、サービスの可用性を損なわないこと（大量リクエストの禁止）、修正前に公開しないこと、個人情報を見つけたらすぐに知らせて削除すること。
範囲
対象: Androidアプリ com.jasonkang.forkprint、forkprint-app.web.app、アプリが呼び出すサーバー機能。対象外: Googleなど第三者サービス自体の脆弱性（各社へ報告してください）、ソーシャルエンジニアリング、物理的攻撃、サポートが終了したAndroidバージョンでのみ再現する問題。
サポート期間と更新
当社は少なくとも2028年12月31日までアプリのセキュリティ更新を提供し、最新版はGoogle Playで配信します。EUのサイバーレジリエンス法（CRA）に基づく脆弱性・インシデント報告義務が当社に適用される場合、定められた期限内に所管当局へ報告します。
